Clay North is a mental health therapist. He has spent time working with addiction in teenagers as well as developmental delays with children. Recently, he has spent most of his time working in emergency response therapy; assessing patients at different hospitals, prisons, schools, etc for those who need to be put on a mental health hold. Clay is currently attending the biomedical informatics masters program in the clinical track. Clay’s research interests center around the efficacy of patients mental health diagnosis being properly tracked in EHR’s as well as future use of mental health algorithms to simplify the process.
